OUR STORY

Grace Community Church began as Amelia Presbyterian Church in 1999 by a handful of residents from Amelia Island who wanted to plant a reformed church in the area. The first worship service was held on Mother’s Day in 1999 on Amelia Island and later moved just off the island to a commercial location. The church outgrew the space and relocated to Yulee Middle School in 2006.  It was also during this time that the name of the church was changed. On Sunday, January 31, 2010, Grace Community Church (PCA) became an organized church in the North Florida Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America. The congregation relocated once again in June 2013 to a retail space next to Winn Dixie in Yulee. In 2016, the congregation voted overwhelmingly to purchase 8 acres nearby. In April 2022 we broke ground and held our first worship service in our new location on December 4, 2022.
